Little River Equipment Sales LLC wants every customer to be able to browse our trailer inventory and contact us, regardless of ability or the technology they use.
What we are working toward
We are working toward conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, cognitive, and motor impairments.
We build accessibility into the site itself rather than relying on an overlay tool: descriptive alternative text on images, colour contrast that meets Level AA, headings in a logical order, visible keyboard focus, and controls that work without a mouse.
Where we know we fall short
This is an ongoing effort rather than a finished project. Some areas of the site may not yet meet Level AA, including:
- Photographs of trailers supplied by manufacturers, which may not always carry full descriptive alternative text.
- Embedded third party content such as maps, which we do not control.
- Older inventory listings added before our current standards were in place.
We correct issues as we find them and as they are reported to us.
